How to make it:

  1. Firstly, chill you cocktail glass (add ice and leave to sit whilst making your cocktail)
  2. Place all of your ingredients in the cocktail shaker.
  3. Pop a good handful of ice in the shaker, close, and shake. Make sure to really shake the cocktail shaker to ensure you smash the fruit and chilli.
  4. Once shaken, strain the liquid through the fine strainer into your cocktail glass. This takes care of any bits of fruit or chunks of raw chilli.
  5. Finally, garnish with lime and strawberry slices!

How to make it:

  1. Prepare your ingredients including juicing your lime, ready to be added to the blender.
  2. Add all of your ingredients to the blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. Add 3-4 ice-cubes to blender and blitz again until all the ice has melted. Don't be tempted to add ice the first time you blitz, otherwise the coconut won't blend properly.
  4. Once blitzed, pour over ice in a tall glass, or straight up in a cocktail glass, Espresso Martini style.
  5. Garnish with lime wheels & coffee beans; or maybe a fancy orange twist.
